When you become a member of the 247 GP Advice Line, if you have applied online you will receive a confirmation along with your personal number and the advice line number. You will then receive a welcome pack in the post along with your membership card. This will be credit card size so that it will always be handy for when you wish to call the 247 GP Advice Line.
